ON-DEMAND SESSION
20 minutes - £65.00
A SINGE COACHING SESSION stands alone and is not part of a package.
You can book it at any time, and it does not have any requirements.
I will ask you to fill in a questionnaire before the session starts (48 hours in advance). This is for me to prepare for our session and maximise our time together. The session can be recorded for you to keep and return to, and an email follow-up with a summary of our session will be sent a few days later.
WHEN TO BOOK AN ON-DEMAND SESSION?
If you have a specific and well-defined problem, such as deciding whether to move or take a particular job, a single coaching session can be incredibly beneficial. During our session together, I will help you gain clarity and find the answers you need. We'll identify the next best steps to take and create a plan to help you reach your goals. By the end of the session, you'll feel confident and empowered to move forward.
WHEN TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PACKAGE
Please note that this session is not designed for larger problems or more complex goals. If you're looking to achieve bigger changes, such as improving your health or making significant changes in your life, it's best to explore my other coaching packages. However, if you have specific, smaller goals such as learning yoga or starting a meditation practice, this session could be a good fit for you.
So if you have a specific problem that you need help with, don't hesitate to book a session with me. Together, we'll find the answers you need and create an action plan to help you move forward with confidence.
SHORT IMMERSION
MINI COACHING SERIES
This series of four engaging and transformative coaching sessions will focus on helping you overcome obstacles, develop better daily routines, or achieve specific goals that align with your heart's desires.
PERSONALISED AND FLEXIBLE SESSIONS
Each session will last 45 minutes and will be tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Whether you prefer weekly meetings or every fortnight, more often or less often, we can adjust our schedule to suit your needs. To maximize our time together, I will ask you to fill out a detailed questionnaire before our first session and a brief one before each subsequent meeting. By doing so, I can prepare to help you reach your goals and unlock your full potential.
COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT
In addition to our sessions, you will have email support, and we can record our meetings for future reference. As a bonus, you will receive a complimentary Dosha assessment and guidance on how to incorporate this concept into your daily life. You will also receive a free PDF guide on Doshas, including information on the effects of imbalances and how to restore harmony in mind and body.

But let's be clear: coaching is not like listening to a lecture, seeking advice from an expert, or reading a book. That might mean setting aside time for journaling, research, or meditation, or incorporating new habits and routines into your daily life.
During coaching, you are in the driver's seat. You set the intentions and goals; I provide the tools and support to help you get there. In contrast, a consultation is more like seeking advice from an expert. When I see patients at the surgery, I provide advice and information based on my expertise. The patient comes with a specific problem, illness, pain, or question, and I offer my opinion and advice on how to improve the situation. The patient usually leaves with a prescription, referral, or further information. While there is little required of the patient during the consultation, it's important to note that no action is usually required of them afterwards.
